- What are your Network Connections?
We have a stable, reliable network with switch, router and bandwidth redundancy.
Our data center currently has an OC12 and two OC3 connections with plans to have a total of four OC12 connections by the end of the year. All four OC12 connections will be upgradeable up to OC192 with on site hardware upgrades only.
Having our technicians on site to manage hardware removes third party dependency for setups and upgrades.
See the Network section of the main menu for more information.

Our servers are Intel Pentium III dual processor servers with high-speed SCSI and IDE drives. All servers use the Red Hat Linux operating system. The web server used is Apache Web Server, and the free shopping cart provided is the robust Akopia Interchange.
We upgrade often, so please refer to the individual specifications for the server packages for more information.

- Can I get unlimited bandwidth?
No. We do not offer packages with unlimited bandwidth primarily because it does not exist. Anyone who promises unlimited bandwidth is not being completely honest. Somewhere in their terms and conditions agreement there are invariably words referring to "excessive use of resources"; in effect this phrase places an arbitrary limit on your bandwidth. This amount of bandwidth is almost always less than we offer with our packages. We set limits to both protect you and to provide you with a reliable service.
