  2. Do you offer free phone support?
    No. We prefer support requests to come through our trouble ticket reporting system or email for a variety of reasons:

    1) Studies have shown that a helpdesk system such as ours leads to higher customer satisfaction due to faster, more accurate problem resolution.

    2) It provides an audit trail of communication so that all the facts can be passed on to whomever may be working on your individual need or problem.

    3) Our support team members work in one of serveral of our networked offices. The support manager divides the work amongst the team based on thier workload and who is most qualified to handle your particular problem.
